We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson. Students are eligible for 1 reschedule in a 5-session payment period, up to 2 reschedules in a 10-session payment period, and up to 3 reschedules in a 20-session payment period. This policy ensures flexibility while also allowing us to effectively manage our lesson calendar to provide the best learning experience for all students.
